I use an effective three-pronged approach to help individuals who have been struggling with BDD (aka body dysmorphia), Mental Health disorders such as Major depressive disorder and Anxiety and Addiction. The goal is to achieve true healing in mind, body, and spirit. This approach reflects my belief that you are more than just the sum of your symptoms and that each person is worthy of living a healthy, recovered life. I am proud to offer a completely individualized treatment experience for each person. These treatments include Behavioral Counseling and guidance, coping mechanisms, Nutritional coaching and guidelines, Fitness workouts for your individualized goals, one on one weekly sessions, 24/7 support, daily habit, exercise and food tracking and more.
